Have your say on health and care in Gwent!

The Gwent Regional Partnership have launched the Population Needs Assessment Survey and is asking what matters most to you when it comes to health, social care and wellbeing.

Your feedback will help shape services in Torfaen, Newport, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire and Blaenau Gwent—improving what works well and identifying where changes are needed.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and responses are completely anonymous.
