Councillor Stewart Matthews is a Community Councillor for Croesyceiliog North, a member of the Business Planning and Local Community Resilience Committee's and the current Leader of the Council. Cllr Matthews represents the Community Council on the following Outside Bodies:
Torfaen Armed Forces Covenant,, Congress Theatre Management Committee, Friends of Bruchsal Management Committee, Friends of Bruchsal Trust Fund, Greenmeadow Community Farm, One Voice Wales Gwent Valleys Area Committee and Torfaen Local Partnership Committee (LCPC).
